The Glenrothes Salon 

We hosted our inaugural iteration of  The Glenrothes Salon at Cycene during Frieze London 2023. 

Bringing together creatives with a particular interest in the relationship between art and the elemental, our first ever salon explored the question: What is our relationship with the elemental in an urban landscape?

Our guests came back with insightful responses that took the form of artworks, poems and one order to simply ‘Look Up’!

As part of the event, A Vibe Called Tech commissioned Mahal Kita Flowers to create self-drying bouquets for the table which guests were allowed to take home, and provided attendees with initialled Smython notebooks to take down notes from the evening and have as a keepsake from the event.
